User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Dressica (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). This Agreement governs all terms and conditions for your access to and use of the App and all core services provided by the App, including but not limited to anime-style image stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dance effect production, and AI clothing replacement functions (collectively referred to as the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, and using this App and its Services, you fully confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to accept all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you shall immediately stop downloading, installing and using the App and its Services.
1. Service Description
The App is a professional AI entertainment tool that provides users with one-click intelligent creative services. The core functions include converting ordinary images into anime-style works, generating dynamic videos through static images, producing AI dance dynamic effects, and realizing intelligent AI clothing replacement for images and videos. All Services are designed for users’ personal entertainment and creative production.
We reserve the right to continuously optimize, upgrade, adjust and iterate the App functions and service content according to product development and user experience needs, including adding new functions, optimizing algorithm effects, adjusting operation modes, etc. Partial service adjustments will not affect the basic rights and interests of users who have obtained service functions.
We strictly implement zero-data storage rules. All image and video processing operations are completed in real time on the user’s device and service end. No user uploaded content, processing data and operation records will be retained after the service is completed, and no data will be shared with any third party, which is confirmed in the independent Privacy Policy of the App.
2. Eligibility of Users
You confirm and guarantee that you have full civil capacity to use this App and accept this Agreement. If you are a minor, you shall use the App under the guidance and supervision of your guardians, and your guardians shall bear corresponding supervision responsibilities. Minors are prohibited from using the App for any improper or commercial behaviors.
You agree not to register or use the App services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and shall not allow any third party to use your access permission to log in and use the App functions on your behalf.
3. User Usage Rules and Commitments
Users shall use the App and its Services in compliance with all applicable industry norms, public order and good customs. You fully agree and undertake the following obligations during use:
3.1 You shall independently bear all responsibilities for the images, videos and all content you upload, import and process through the App. You guarantee that all uploaded content is legal, compliant, original or legally authorized, and does not involve any third-party portrait rights, copyrights, trademark rights, privacy rights or other legitimate rights and interests.
3.2 You are prohibited from using the App’s anime stylization, video generation, AI dance and AI clothing replacement functions to produce, edit, disseminate illegal, violent, pornographic, abusive, defamatory, infringing, vulgar and other inappropriate content.
3.3 You are prohibited from using the App for commercial resale, secondary packaging, profit-making creation, illegal publicity and other commercial behaviors without our official written authorization. The App is only for users’ personal non-commercial entertainment and creative use.
3.4 You shall not crack, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the App program, or use plug-ins, cheating tools, illegal scripts and other third-party tools to interfere with the normal operation of the App.
3.5 You shall not use the App to carry out behaviors that damage network security, interfere with normal service operation, or harass and infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users and third parties.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to source code, program framework, algorithm model, function design, interface design, text description, icon design and software technology, belong exclusively to the App operator. No user or third party shall copy, reproduce, modify, disseminate, sell or use the above intellectual property content without official written authorization.
4.2 For the creative works generated by users through the App’s AI functions (anime style images, generated videos, AI dance works, AI clothing replacement works), the personal use right of the works belongs to the user. However, the underlying AI algorithm, model and technical support used for generation still belong to us. Users are prohibited from independently disassembling, extracting or commercially authorizing the core technology of the App through generated works.
4.3 If users violate intellectual property regulations and cause any third-party rights disputes or losses, the user shall independently bear all legal responsibilities and compensate for all losses incurred by us.
5. Service Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate part or all of the Services without prior notice in the following situations:
5.1 The user violates any terms of this Agreement, including improper use of functions, illegal creation, commercial unauthorized use and other violations;
5.2 Force majeure factors such as network failure, system maintenance, technical failure and other uncontrollable factors lead to service interruption;
5.3 The user conducts malicious operations, repeated violations, endangers system security and other behaviors that affect the normal operation of the App.
After the service is terminated, the user shall immediately stop using all App functions. We will not retain any user data and content in accordance with the privacy protection rules, and will not bear any retention responsibilities.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
6.1 The App provides AI creative services based on existing intelligent algorithms and network technology. We guarantee the normal operation of daily services, but do not guarantee that the functions will be completely error-free, uninterrupted or fully meet all user personalized expectations.
6.2 Due to network fluctuations, system upgrades, equipment failures, force majeure and other factors, the temporary failure, delay or data processing deviation of the Service, we do not assume any liability for compensation.
6.3 All creative works generated by users are independently controlled and produced by users. We do not participate in user content creation and judgment, and do not bear any legal liabilities for the legality, compliance and right authenticity of user-generated content.
6.4 We strictly do not store user data and do not share any user information with third parties, and we will not be liable for any data leakage risks caused by the user’s own equipment failure, improper operation or voluntary disclosure.
7. Agreement Update
We have the right to update and revise this Agreement irregularly according to service optimization, industry rules and operation needs. The revised Agreement will be displayed on the App page, and the updated terms will take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the App’s Services after the update of the Agreement means that you accept and recognize the revised terms.
8. Supplementary Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and us regarding the use of the App Services, and replaces all previous oral and written agreements and understandings between the two parties.
If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to objective reasons, the validity of the remaining clauses will not be affected.
